We want you to be fully obsessed with your NAMED COLLECTIVE pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original bag, and attach the label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
